Downstairs apartment overlooking Popoyo Outer Reef. Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably! Apartment has a full kitchen, large bathroom and a large area to relax. Wireless internet, stereo and a TV with DVD player adds to to the entertainment department. In case that's not enough go for a match or two with the foosball table and dart board for your added enjoyment. There is a rancho with hammocks for relaxing outside. We have a garden and a 24 hour security guard that will bring fresh fruit or veggies (what ever is in season) to you each day. There is a large stone wall around the complex for your security. We include a maid 3 times a week which is inluded in the rental price. $6.00 per load laundry service available too.
There are ceiling fans in each room and a/c too. This is a comfortable and nice place to come for surf and for relaxation.
We can provide a taxi service from the Managua airport or Costa Rica/Nicaragua border to Popoyo if needed (and he can help you with food purchases if you choose). There are also restaurants and a new bakery/Mexican restaurant within a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
There are surf guides here and local knowledge of where the best waves you will ever surf. The waves are constant from March through December. It is offshore often here in southern Nicaragua adding to it being a perfect surf adventure.
