Your vacation or surfing trip will be unique from start to finish at our fully loaded Popoyo rental house located just one short kilometer from the beach. Our two story house features all of the amenities and comforts you could ask for, air conditioning, private bathrooms, two decks connected to the house, and several large outdoor wooden decks set apart from the house that are perfect for enjoying the sunsets, practicing yoga, or relaxing after a day of surfing. Every bedroom and virtually every part of the property has mountainside, volcano, and ocean panoramic views - bring your binoculars to check out sweeping views of northern Costa Rica or step outside onto the decks for a whitewater view of three incredible surf spots.

You can enjoy our three-bedroom Popoyo rental by day or week, with or without A/C; the entire house can be rented or just the upstairs/downstairs alone.

Downstairs has a single bedroom with 3 single beds and air conditioning, as well as a private bathroom with hot water and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and propane stove/oven. Sleeping capacity up to 3 persons.

Upstairs has its own kitchen and living room, as well as two bedrooms. Each bedroom is outfitted with 2 full size beds, 2 single beds, private bathrooms, air conditioning and hot water. Sleeping capacity up to 8 persons.

The upstairs has two bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and air conditioning. There is also a kitchen and living room upstairs, both with A/C, as well as a large wooden deck identical to the downstairs deck with a stunning ocean view.

Renting the Upstairs

With out A/C: $60 per night or $375 per week

With A/C: $75 per night or $475 per week

Renting the Downstairs
